[Offline Fansign Details]

- Type: Offline fansign with the artist

- Location: Seoul, South Korea (The exact location will be announced later to the winners)


[Eligibility]

- All customers who purchased at least one copy of [OFFLINE FANSIGN] 3rd EP ‘We on Fire’ on Weverse Global during the event period and applied for the event.

※ Products other than [OFFLINE FANSIGN] are NOT eligible for this event.

※ You cannot get the autograph on Standard Edition or Solo Edition. If you win the event by purchasing those editions only, you will receive a mini poster at the venue to get the autograph from all members without any inconvenience.

- Fri, March 20, 2026, 11:00 AM - Mon, April 13, 2026, 11:59 PM (KST)


[Winner Announcement]

- The winners will be announced in a notice after Tue, April 14, 2026, 6:00 PM (KST). Customers can also go to the Event Entries page and check their results.

- Total 50 winners

※ The information of the applicant and the winner must match (the information of the applicant cannot be changed after submission), and the winning ticket cannot be transferred to another person.

※ The winners will receive the opportunity to participate in the offline fansign event.


[Special Gift Details🎁]

All customers who applied for the event will get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 9 versions featuring each member) per album purchased.

* The products and special gift will be shipped together when shipping begins.


※ Special Gift Exchange/Refund Guideline

- Special gift is not a product for sale, but a gift for those who enter the fansign event.

- Except for when there are significant damages to the special gift, the special gift cannot be exchanged.

- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.


[How to Apply]

※ Your information cannot be changed after submission. Please make sure your information (name, date of birth, contact information, etc.) is correct and error-free. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the submission of incorrect information.


* You can apply for the event on the Weverse event page.

* You must be logged in to Weverse with the Weverse account used to purchase the album and access the [Go to Apply] button in the notice to go to the event page.

* If you haven’t joined &TEAM Weverse yet, join &TEAM Weverse using the same account you used to purchase the album.

* You need to provide the following information in order to apply for the fansign event on the event page.


- Name (The applicant)

- Date of birth (YYYY/MM/DD)

- Valid mobile phone number


※ Your application entries are based on the number of eligible products you buy from Weverse Global during the event period, not the number of separate orders you place. For album sets, the total number of albums included in the sets will be counted toward the entries.

※ If you cancel all of your order(s) after applying for the event, your application will be automatically canceled. To participate, please repurchase the eligible product and reapply for the event. If you cancel a part of your order, your application entries will be calculated based on the number of eligible products that remain in your order. (For example, if you place two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, your entry for the remaining order will stay valid. If you cancel all orders, your application will be canceled.)


※ All album sales on Weverse Global will count for Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).

※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the on-site circumstances on the event day.

※ Details for the event will be provided later in the winner announcement.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.


[Notes on the Event Application]

※ Products exclusive to this event application cannot be canceled or refunded after the winner announcement.

※ Cancellations and refunds of products exclusively for this event are possible before the winner announcement at the end of the entry period. However, if you request a cancellation or refund, your entries for the event may be invalidated.


1. Your application will be processed based on the time of album purchases and application entries within the event period.

2. The winner announcement and the event participation will be processed based on the required information you provided.

3. For those with nationalities other than South Korea, the English name used to participate in the event must be the same as the English name on your ID. Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.

4. When applying for the event, Weverse and Weverse Global will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and contact information).


* The winners will be required to provide additional personal information as follows:

: Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), mobile phone number, and date of birth

: Purpose of collecting personal information: Identity verification and event operation of &TEAM 3rd EP ‘We on Fire’ Pre-order Customers Weverse Offline Fansign Event

: Personal information provided to: HYBE Co., Ltd and YX LABELS Inc.

: Duration of keeping and using personal information: Discarded 6 months after the event ends for the participants and 1 year after the event ends for the winners

※ Consent for the third-party (HYBE Co., Ltd., and YX LABELS Inc.) and international (YX LABELS Inc.) transfer of personal information will be collected at the time of application for on-site event operations. If you do not agree to the collection of your personal information, you will not be able to participate in the event.


5. Only the winner may participate in the event.

6. This event win cannot be applied for, collected, or transferred by proxy, and reselling is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating.

7. If you apply for the event through an application agency site other than Weverse Shop, it will be considered as selling/buying the winning ticket and your winnings may be cancelled. Please be especially careful, as Weverse Shop is not responsible for any losses, such as cancellation of winnings or financial fraud, that may occur from using application agency sites.

8. Should you purchase the event album to gain financial benefit via applying for someone else or by transferring/selling winning tickets, Weverse Shop may take action against the purchaser for violating Weverse's terms and conditions, including order cancellation or usage restrictions. Be aware that if the above commercial activity is considered a violation of relevant laws and regulations, additional legal action may be taken.

9. When participating in this event, winners must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID in person.

10. You must be 13 years old or older on the day of the event application to participate in the event. However, depending on the local laws and the Weverse Company's Privacy Policy, individuals under the minimum required age (14 years old for South Korea, 13 years old for the United States, and 16 years old for all other countries/regions) as of the application date will be restricted from applying for the event, even if accompanied by a guardian.

(e.g., Applicants in South Korea under the age of 14 at the time of application will not be able to apply for the event.)


[Autographed Album]

- Albums purchased during the application period will be shipped in sequence after the application period ends, excluding one album needed to participate in the fansign event. By entering the event, you have agreed to the album being unsealed for the autograph.

- The album to get the autograph will be provided to you at the event venue. You cannot choose which version gets autographed, and you’ll be able to collect your album after getting all autographs.

* If the winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within 2 weeks after the event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error listed below, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* The recipient is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be charged by the local carrier when the autographed album is shipped to the United States. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period may result in your autographed album being returned or discarded locally, in which case you will not be able to receive it again. This notice is subject to change depending on the event's progress or results.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).


[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification


※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applied. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host.
