[Please Note (Admission process)]

1. The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. 

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* Screenshots of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* A student ID will not be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

2. International raffle winners can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passports.

3. In the admission process, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified. You can find the QR code at &TEAM Weverse community -> My Events. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.

4. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband to re-enter the venue.

※ This event is subject to changes and cancellations.

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. Raffle winners must have their wristbands, which show their seat numbers, on them at all times. (You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband.) 

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the wristband distribution may take a long time.

3. The winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband to re-enter the venue.  

6. You are allowed to take photos and videos when you are sitting in your seat at the venue. You are not allowed to leave your seat to take photos or videos.

7. The seats will be randomly assigned at the venue on the day of the event. You may not change your seat or switch your seat with someone else during the event. If you choose not to cooperate with the on-site staff, you may be escorted off the premises.  

8. If you change your seat, or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.  

9. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted including food.

10. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice.

11. We are not responsible for damages resulting from you sharing your own account information or others misusing your shared information. Please keep your account information safe.

12. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.
