EVENT 1. Autographed Merchandise Giveaway

To celebrate the release of the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.2, 

we will be holding a raffle event where we will give away merchandise autographed by 

the members participating in Season.2:HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, and THE 8.

There will be an Event Announcement followed up for more detail.

EVENT 2. Weverse Collection Gift Event

Customers who purchased the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.2 official merchandise will receive a Weverse Collection. 

[Weverse Collection] 

- Weverse Collection is a service that allows fans to archive and commemorate their activities within Weverse. 

  It can be collected by accomplishing missions related to fan’s activities in Weverse. 

Collection Badge Details

• 1 HOSHI badge + 1 digital photocard
• 1 WONWOO badge + 1 digital photocard
• 1 WOOZI badge + 1 digital photocard
• 1 THE8 badge + 1 digital photocard

Eligibility & Sending Date

•  Eligibility: Customers who purchased during the pre-order period.
• -Badge Sending Date: April 10, 2024 (PDT)

※ The Collection badge will be provided to customers who purchased during the eligible purchase period. The badge will be sent to their Weverse ID used to purchase the merch on the badge sending date. 

※ To check your Collection, go to SEVENTEEN Weverse > More (⋮) in the upper left corner > Manage my profile > Collection.

※ You can get up to one Collection badge per account, regardless of the number or the items you purchased. 

(For example, you will get one HOSHI Weverse Collection Badge by purchasing two [HOSHI] INCENSE HOLDER SET and one [HOSHI] Plush Toy.)

※ The orders may end earlier and the Collection badges may not be available after the products go out of stock.

※ You will not be provided with a Collection badge if you purchase a product and then cancel your order.

Purchase Details

• For products without options, you can buy up to 5 unless stated otherwise.
• For products with options, you can buy up to 5 for each option.
• The cancellation of an order may be restricted depending on your order status.

Shipping Information

• We cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
• Only the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
• Tax and delivery surcharges may apply to certain areas.

※ DELAYED OR LOST SHIPPING can occur if you enter the WRONG ADDRESS. Please make sure the address is correct since it is impossible to ship the limited edition product again, as it can’t be manufactured additionally.
