[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport, South Korean youth card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Resident Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID (driver's license) will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the site.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

[Please Note (For raffle winners)]

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The event venue will be operated in compliance with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines.

2. The seats will be randomly drawn by you after you have completed the ID verification. Admission will be unavailable after the event starts so please arrive at the venue on time.

3. Please bring your wristband with the winning order number to participate in the fansign. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband.

4. If you are found duplicating, selling, or transferring the winning order number ticket or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events hosted by SOURCE MUSIC Co., Ltd. in the future.

5. The album on which you will receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all the autographs. (* Only the albums that were prepared for you at the venue will be autographed. No other albums are allowed.)

6. The name you entered into the raffle OR a nickname will be signed by the artist and signed only on the album. You cannot use both the name you entered into the raffle and your nickname. If you want to use your nickname, you must use the same nickname for all members. If the nickname is deemed inappropriate, the staff may intervene and require you to change it.

7. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

8. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts, including food, will not be accepted.

9. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice. (Please note that the props that are not returned may be discarded on that day.)

10. If you change your seat, or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

11. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

12. Please note that the start time of the fansign is subject to change due to various circumstances.

[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Venue]

1. The raffle winners must not be a confirmed case on the day of the event or must have been released from quarantine prior to the event to be allowed to participate.

2. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) inside and outside of the event venue.

3. Please wear your mask within the venue (including the lobby and audience seating), especially when you approach the artist for your autograph. (There will be no transparent partition between the artist and the fans during the fansign.)

4. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may be restricted from participating in the event.

5. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
