Starting from June 10, 2021, Weverse Shop adopts a system which checks the validity of delivery information in order to provide more precise delivery service.
Please check and correct your delivery information when it is not in line with the guideline below beforehand to save the effort of correcting the information when making an order.
Granted, you can check and correct the delivery information anytime you want. But by correcting the delivery information before you actually make an order, you can save yourself from the inconvenience of correcting the information when you need to make a quick payment, such as when purchasing ‘merch in limited quantity’.

[When the merch is delivered to the address in Korea]
(1) First name / last name
- You can only type in Korean / English / allowed special characters
- You can type in within 25 bytes, first name and last name individually
(2) Address / specific address
- You can only type in Korean / English / allowed special characters
(3) contact number
- Minimum 8 digits, maximum 12 digits
- First number of your contact must be 0 or 1
[When the merch is delivered to the address in Japan]
(1) First name / last name, address / specific address
- You can only type in Japanese (including Kanji) / English / numbers / allowed special characters
(2) contact number
- Minimum 10 digits
- First number of your contact must be 0
[When the merch is delivered to a country other than Korea and Japan]
(1) First name / last name, address / specific address
- You can only type in English / numbers / allowed special characters
