[Weverse Shop] Correcting the mix-up of survey QR code cards for different versions of fromis_9 1st Album [Unlock My World]

We regret to inform you that there has been a mix-up with survey QR code cards for fromis_9 1st Album [Unlock My World] and fromis_9 1st Album [Unlock My World] (Compact ver.). At the moment, you may experience difficulty accessing the survey corresponding to the album version you purchased.

We are actively working to resolve this issue to ensure you can access the correct survey and receive the appropriate rewards. (Weverse Shop Cash and an emblem).

Please read on for details on how the survey QR code card mix-up will be corrected.

[Correct Survey Availability and Details]

The correct survey will be available starting from June 16, 2023, 6:00 PM (KST).

1) Survey questions

Some survey questions will be updated to reflect the album version you purchased.

2) Survey rewards

If you have received the survey QR code card for an album version that you have not purchased, but completed the survey, you will receive 200 KRW Weverse Shop Cash.

* If you have already participated in the survey for fromis_9 1st Album [Unlock My World] (Compact ver.) and received 150 KRW Weverse Shop Cash as your reward, then we will additionally provide 50 KRW Weverse Shop Cash.

3) Emblems

If you have completed the survey and received an emblem for an album version that you have not purchased, you can contact Customer Service and request an exchange.
