TOMORROW X TOGETHER “The Star Chapter: Together” Pop Up Store will take place in Mexico City, Mexico and Bogotá, Colombia, giving you the chance to pre-purchase official merch on Weverse and reserve a timeslot to pick them up at each venue.

You can pre-purchase the exclusive merch on TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse Shop during the pre-sale period and pick them up at the venue of TOMORROW X TOGETHER Pop Up Store in Mexico City & Colombia.

You can view the product available for pick-up from the PICK-UP > [POP UP IN MEXICO] or [POP UP IN COLOMBIA] category page. 


Pre-Sale Period (CST): 

July 15, 2025 8:00PM - August 10, 2025 11:59PM


Pop UP Date and Time: 

Mexico: August 15, 16, 17 and August 22, 23, 24, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (CST)

Colombia: August 22, 23, 24 and August 29, 30, 31, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (COT)

* Please note that reservation availability is subject to change.

How to Purchase Merch And Make a Reservation to POP-UP for Pick-Up

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → TXT→ Purchase products from [POP UP IN MEXICO] or [POP UP IN COLOMBIA] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your order number

③ Select [Manage Pick-ups]

④ Find available timeslots on the reservation status page, and select one (date and time) to make a reservation.


Please Note for Reservation

* Customers who purchase the On-Site Pick-up products can reserve a timeslot to visit.

* If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled.

* You can visit only once per person. 

* You must pick up all your purchases at once. You cannot pick up a part of your purchases.

* You can find available timeslots on the reservation status page.

* You can cancel your reservation and make another one before your timeslot ends.


How to Pick Up Official Merch

① Make a reservation, and visit the pop-up store at the reserved date and time.

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.


Special Gifts for Pick-Up Customers

For Mexico:

- Get 1 photocard for every MXN 700 purchased.

- Get 1 photo bookmark for every MXN 1400 purchased. 

- For example, if you purchase MXN 1500, you will get 2 photocards and 1 bookmark. 


For Colombia: 

- Get 1 photocard for every USD 35 purchased.

- Get 1 photo bookmark for every USD 75 purchased. 

- For example, if you purchase USD 80, you will get 2 photocards and 1 bookmark. 


Please Note for Purchase

- No order cancellation is allowed after the pre-sale period.

- Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up within the POP-UP period.

- All products may go out of stock early.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the pop-up store venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective. 

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided. 

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.


Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Apple Pay.

- For Mexico, you can also pay by OXXO Pay. 

- For Mexico, OXXO Pay payment method will be deactivated on August 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST. 

- If you plan to use OXXO Pay to make a purchase, please make your purchase before this date. 

- Other payment options will continue to be available until the pre-purchase period ends.
