Official merch and albums will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of TOMORROW X TOGETHER [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] Comeback Showcase, at Grand Peace Hall, Kyung Hee University on Sat. October 14, 2023. You can pre-purchase the products to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pickup

Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merch and album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the TOMORROW X TOGETHER [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] Comeback Showcase venue.

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup location and receive your purchases.

Maximum Number of Purchases

- For Official Light Stick, you can purchase up to two.

- Except for Official Light Stick, you can purchase up to three of each item. For products with options, you can purchase up to three for each option. (For example, you can purchase three of each option of S/S T-SHIRT, which sums up to six total.)

- The maximum number of purchases may change depending on the situation at the venue.

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup location and receive your purchases.

Maximum Number of Purchases

- For [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] albums, you can purchase up to six.  (RANDOM, you can purchase up to 6 or SET, you can purchase up to 2.)

- For [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] (GRAVITY Ver.), you can purchase up to ten.  (RANDOM, you can purchase up to 10 or SET, you can purchase up to 2.)

- For [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] (Weverse Albums ver.), you can purchase up to four. (RANDOM, you can purchase up to 4 or SET, you can purchase up to 2.)

- The maximum number of purchases may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Unreleased Selfie Photocards

- For customers purchasing the album at the venue, unreleased selfie photocards will be available as a special gift.

- Buy RANDOM and get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 5 versions).

- Buy SET and get 1 set of unreleased selfie photocards (5 photocards).

* The photocards are provided for customers who purchase [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] or [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] (GRAVITY Ver.).

* Please note that the photocards will not be provided for [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] (Weverse Albums ver.) customers.

- These special gifts are identical to the special gifts for customers who purchase the comeback showcase live on Weverse Shop GLOBAL.

- Please note that photocards for [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] and photocards for [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] (GRAVITY Ver.) feature different images.

Please Note

- Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch and album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5km radius of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER [The Name Chapter: FREEFALL] Comeback Showcase venue and pick them up at the venue.

- The products may sell out early.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

- There is a maximum number of purchases for each product. Please follow the guidelines. Otherwise, your purchase may be restricted by the staff at the venue.

- Please seek assistance at the venue for additional questions about picking up the products.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
