[Check-in Process]

- ID verification & ticket pickup location: Grand Peace Palace, Kyung Hee University (26, Kyungheedae-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, South Korea)

- 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (KST) → No. 1 - 850

- 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (KST) → No. 851 - 1,700

- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (KST) → No. 1,701 - 2,500

- 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (KST) → Late check-in customers

* Winner verification numbers are for identity verification and are not given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the check-in time for your number and be prepared for identity verification.

* The raffle winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Please do not change or move seats for any reason.

* If you arrive later than your check-in time, check-in may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.

* Seats will not be in the order of your check-ins. Please refrain from forming random waiting lines.

* Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs are not allowed. (Student ID, Photocopies, photos, and certified copies are not allowed.)

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

1. According to Weverse Company’s policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, this event is available for those aged 14 or older (born before July 21, 2011). Those born after July 22, 2011, are not permitted to enter even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare as the ticket pickup process may take longer than expected.

3. The ticket cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If such activity is detected, you will be denied of admission.

4. Drinks and food are prohibited inside the venue, and hazardous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, etc. are also restricted.

5. The event will be streamed online and recorded in videos. Please be aware that the faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

※ Your identity and the QR code will be verified if you’re a winner of the event. Your QR code can be found in Event Entries page in TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse. Admission is not permitted with a captured image. Please have your Weverse app ready on-site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.
