The raffle winners will receive an email survey detailing the event prize to the account ID email address they used when entering the raffle.

Please provide your delivery address through the survey by Sun. April 14, 2024 (KST). If you do not participate in the survey, the event prize will be delivered to one of the addresses you provided when purchasing TREASURE 2024 WELCOMING COLLECTION during the event period (Thu. March 14, 2024, 4:00 PM - Thu. March 28, 2024, 11:59 PM (KST)).

Among the customers who purchased TREASURE 2024 WELCOMING COLLECTION during the event period, a total of 20 customers were selected by draw and will receive 10 versions of Weverse-exclusive individual Polaroid-type photos.

- Event Period (KST): Thu. March 14, 4:00 PM - Thu. March 28, 2024, 11:59 PM

- Event Eligibility: All customers who purchased at least one copy of TREASURE 2024 WELCOMING COLLECTION during the event period.

- Event Prize: 1 set of 10 Weverse-exclusive individual Polaroid-type photos.

- Winner Announcement (20 winners)

- If you wish to return the product, please note that the event prize must also be returned. However, please be advised that if any components of the item are missing due to negligence on your part, we will not be able to process your return request.

- The event prize will be shipped to the delivery address you used when you purchased the product. But if the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not being available to accept the delivery or refuses to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the event prize. If the event prize is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
