We would like to thank everyone who entered the raffle for TREASURE 1st MINI ALBUM [THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE] (DIGIPACK ver.) Weverse Shop video call fansign (with individual TREASURE members).
Congratulations to all the raffle winners!The raffle winners will receive a separate message on their LINE (using the LINE ID you submitted to the raffle) detailing how to move forward with the fansign.
* Video Call Fansign Raffle Winners: The video call fansign will proceed in the order of the event application. Go to TREASURE Weverse and tap More(···) button on the top right -> move to TREASURE event application page to check the order.
* Fansign Date and Time: Sat. February 19, 2022, 7:30pm (KST)
* Raffle Prizes: One-on-one video call fansign + autographed CD
* Fansign Channel: LINE (using the LINE ID you submitted for raffle entry)
* Fansign Process: One-on-one video call for a designated time (1 minute with 1 member)
* Autographed Album: One album out of your ordered album(s) will be signed and delivered after the fansign (The fansign event member’s version will be signed)
※ Albums ordered by the raffle winners will be shipped starting on February 18, and will count for charts.

[Please Note (Video call fansign)]
1. The order of video calls will be based on the order of the event application, as declared in the winner announcement. The event details will be sent to you via LINE message before the event starts. Please wait for your turn and make sure that your network is stable.
2. Before receiving the video call, the staff will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready. The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match your information on the raffle entry, your fansign participation will be denied.
※ What is a valid photo ID?
Only the IDs stipulated below are valid, and you must bring a physical ID with you. Copies or photos of the photo IDs are not allowed. Your ID must not be expired.
- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), or South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport or alien registration card.
(Those who submit Passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.)
3. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If the participant is not the raffle winner or if two or more people participate in the fansign, the video call will be terminated immediately.
4. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will be recorded. Please read and understand the fansign etiquette before participating. If the participant uses foul language, profanity, and insults, or commits other inappropriate actions, the video call will be terminated immediately.
5. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the video call. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.
6. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. You may be barred from participating in the video call if you call the event organizers while the video call fansign is in progress.
7. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
8. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.
9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to YG Entertainment. (For those who enter the raffle, the information will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended. For those who won the raffle, the information will be discarded within a year.)
10. The raffle winners cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the video call fansign by recording or screen-capturing the video call. The raffle winners cannot make transactions, sell, or upload the video call content on a personal social media account. Live-streaming the video call or recording it using other devices is not permitted. If you are found to be committing the violations above, the video call will be terminated, and the uploaded content will be deleted.
11. If you are found to be committing fradulent acts, including but not limited to duplicating, transferring, or selling the fansign invitation, you will be denied entry to all events with TREASURE in the future.
12. The event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
[ Video Call Fansign Etiquette ]
Failure to adhere to the etiquette outlined below will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.
1. Make sure that you receive your video call in a quiet, noiseless environment in which you are the only person present. Watch out for noise or other individuals appearing in the video call.
2. Have your mobile device or PC ready and wait for your turn for a smooth fansign experience. Read over the guide on how to receive LINE Video Calls and check the network connection.
3. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are prohibited. Please observe good manners.
4. Do not make requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable. Requesting artists to sign the album with different messages or other inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.
5. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for all the participants (60 seconds).
6. Do not leave the video call or kick out the artist during the fansign. The participant will not be reconnected to the video call if they leave the video call during the fansign.
