The product is coated with natural oil, which may cause the surface to get uneven when exposed to moisture for a long time. When cleaning, apply neutral detergent, baking soda, or vinegar on a piece of soft fabric and wipe away the moisture immediately using a kitchen towel. The product is made with natural wood, and products may differ in grain patterns, size, color, and weight. Please note that this is not a product defect.
