- Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.
- If you purchase a 2 Day Pass ticket, you may not purchase an additional ticket (including the 4K ticket).
- For the 2 Day Pass, cancellations or refunds will be offered until one hour before the June 13 show, and partial refund for both shows will not be available.
- If you purchased the ticket after logging-in with SNS account, please log-in with the same SNS account on the live streaming site.
