Who receives the special gift?

• Customers who purchased BTS X McDonald’s Collaboration Merchandise through Weverse Shop USA during the event period.

What is the special gift?

• One random photo card out of eight photo cards (Out of seven individual photos and one group photo)

Important information for participating in the event

• One random gift is sent for every order of the collaboration merchandise. (Ex: One special gift for one order with three products)
• If you would like to exchange the product you purchased that includes a special gift, you must send in the product only. The special gift will not be re-sent in the case of an exchange.
• If you would like to return the product you purchased that includes a special gift, you must send in the special gift along with the product. You will not be able to receive the refund if the special gift is not sent.
• If the special gift you have received is defective, please make your inquiry to the Weverse Shop customer service center along with a photograph of a product, and we will re-send the gift. Please note that the special gift will be sent at random.
• The special gift cannot be exchanged unless it is defective.

Purchase Details

• Up to 2 single option products can be purchased.
• Up to 2 of each option can be purchased for products with multiple options.
• BTS X McDonald’s Collaboration merchandise is consigned goods and cannot be shipped with other products.
• The cancellation of an order may be restricted depending on your order status.

Shipping Information

• We cannot ship to P.O. Box.
• Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
• Shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
• Only the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
• Tax and delivery surcharge may apply to certain areas.

• You can pay by using PayPal only.

Please Note

※ DELAYED OR LOST SHIPPING can occur if you enter the WRONG ADDRESS. Please make sure the address is correct since it is impossible to ship the limited edition product again, as it can’t be manufactured additionally.
