Weverse members can pre-purchase the exclusive merch on BTS Weverse Shop during the pre-purchase period and pick them up at the venue of j-hope - Hope on the Stage POP-UP in Mexico City.

You can view the product available for pick-up from the PICK-UP > [CDMX j-hope POP-UP] category page. 


Pre-purchase Period (CST): 

- Sunday, March 2, 3:00 PM - Sunday, March 9, 2025, 11:59 PM (or until sold out)

* OXXO Pay payment method will be deactivated on March 3, 2025 11:59 PM. If you plan to use OXXO Pay, please make your purchase before this date. 


Available Pick-Up Date and Time (CST): 

- Friday, March 14, 2025 - Sunday, March 16, 2025, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

- Tuesday, March 18, 2025 - Sunday, March 23, 2025, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

* Please note that reservation availability is subject to change.

How to Purchase Merch And Make a Reservation to POP-UP for Pick-Up

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS → Purchase products from [CDMX j-hope POP-UP] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your order number

③ Select [Manage Pick-ups]

④ Find available timeslots on the reservation status page, and select one (date and time) to make a reservation.


Please Note for Reservation

* Customers who purchase the On-Site Pick-up products must reserve a timeslot to visit. 

* If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled.

* You can visit only once per person. 

* You must pick up all your purchases at once. You cannot pick up a part of your purchases.

* You can find available timeslots on the reservation status page.

* You can cancel your reservation and make another one before your timeslot ends.


How to Pick Up Official Merch

① Make a reservation, and visit the pop-up store at the reserved date and time.

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.


Special Gifts for Pick-Up Customers

- Buy over MXN 700 and get 1 POP-UP exclusive photocard for every MXN 700 you spend.

- There will be only one version of the POP-UP exclusive photocard. 


Purchase Limit

- For Crewneck Sweatshirt (Mexico), you can purchase up to 10 per size. You must have an active Global or US ARMY Membership in order to purchase this membership-exclusive merch.

- For all other items, please refer to the product page for purchase limits. 

* The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.


Please Note for Purchase

- No order cancellation is allowed after March 9, 2025 11:59 PM (CST). If you wish to cancel your order, please cancel before this date. 

- Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up within the pickup period.

- All products may go out of stock early.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the pop-up store venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective. 

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided. 

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.


Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Apple Pay, or OXXO Pay.

- OXXO Pay payment method will be deactivated on March 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST. 

- RFC (Tax ID) is not mandatory during checkout. 

- If you plan to use OXXO Pay to make a purchase, please make your purchase before this date. 

- Other payment options will continue to be available until the pre-purchase period ends.
