- All customers who pre-order <BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE COMMENTARY PACKAGE> from 30 November to 16 December, 8:59 PM (KST) will receive a <BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE COMMENTARY PACKAGE> emblem and the special greetings video from each member in Korean (English subtitles only).

- The emblem and video can be found in My NX on Weverse Shop. Please note that you can watch the video by tapping on the emblem.

- The emblem and video will be given on 23 December 2020 to Weverse Shop account that pre-ordered the package.

- You can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing, only under the condition that you have not watched the videos. In this case, the emblem and special greetings video will not be given.

- You can cancel or refund within 7 days of purchasing the content, ONLY IF you did not watch the content.
