About the Printing Issue on a Defective Item in BTS 2020 Season's Greetings

Hello from Weply, the official merch store.


We have identified that one of the items in BTS 2020 Season's Greetings had a defect (a printing issue).


All customers who received a defective item can get the replacement delivered from us. Please read below to find out if you have received a defective item and to apply to receive the replacement.


* Item with a defect: 3rd photo of the artists' photos in the 'Diary.' (Printing issue visible on the upper body area of the photo)

* Defect: A printing issue with an additional yellow line printed.

* Replacement: Same photo as mentioned above without the defect.

* How to apply for a replacement:

1. Go to 1-on-1 Support on Weply Customer Care, and select 'BTS 2020 Season's Greetings.

2. Enter 'Defect on the Diary Photo' in the title of the 1-on-1 Support request.

3. Take the photo of the shipping invoice and the defective item together in one shot, and add the photo in the 1-on-1 Support request.

4. Tap 'Request 1-on-1 Support' to finish applying for the replacement.


The replacement item will be delivered to the same address to which BTS 2020 Season's Greetings was delivered, and the delivery schedule will be announced in the coming days.
