- Number of Winners: 300 (1 ticket each) (Name based on order recipient / Cannot be transferred to another person)

* This event will be a talk show. The members will share their experience and behind-the-scenes episodes during their time working on the latest album. Further details will not be revealed beforehand. We kindly ask for your understanding
* The participants will receive a souvenir.
* The dress code for this event is 'Purple.'
How to Enter the Raffle
Pre-order BTS 4th Studio Album [MAP OF THE SOUL : 7] during the period for album pre-order, and enter the required information (the date of birth and more) on the Album Release Event raffle page.
- The number of raffle entries automatically equals the number of albums pre-ordered. (Not the number of orders made)
- Enter the required information on the Album Release Event raffle page to enter the raffle.
(Name of order recipient and the participant, date of birth in YYMMDD format)
- If you pre-order the album sets, the number of raffle entries equals the total number of albums included in the sets.
- Customers from the country, where the event is hosted, have the priority in the raffle.
Please Note (When entering the raffle)
1. Please enter the raffle if you are sure of participating in the album release event.
2. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of purchase.
3. Albums counted for the raffle cannot be returned.
4. Albums counted for the raffle cannot be canceled after the raffle has ended.
5. Customers who pre-ordered the album can tap 'Enter Raffle' to go to the event page after logging into Weply.
6. The winners' information will be based on the order recipient's (participant's) name, name, date of birth, email, and phone number.
7. Customers outside South Korea can enter the raffle by entering their names in English as shown on the passport/their order recipient's name in English. (Name in Korean will not be accepted)
8. For the confirmation of raffle winners, personal information (name and the date of birth) of those who enter the raffle will be collected and disclosed. (Duration of keeping and using personal information is 7 days after the event ends.)
9. The winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. You will not be admitted to the event if the raffle information and the information on your ID do not match.
Please Note (If you a raffle winner)
1. Raffle winners will receive an email regarding the confirmation of attendance. Please read thoroughly and reply to the email, as the customers who do not reply will automatically be considered as not participating in the event.
2. Participants will pick their seats randomly on the day of the event, by drawing a seat ticket. If you lose your seat ticket, you will be denied of admission to the event. Please keep your seat ticket safely at all times.
3. For participants other than South Korean nationals, a valid passport is the ONLY piece of ID accepted for ID check.
4. Participant ID check for those other than South Korean nationals will be processed based on the name in English as shown on the passport. (Passport must be valid and the name in English must be legible.)
5. Name, photo, and date of birth will be cross-checked during ID check. Any mismatch with the raffle information will result in denial of admission.
6. Only the raffle winner can be admitted to the event, and the winning raffle can be neither transferred nor sold to another person. (Anyone found of doing so will be denied of admission.)
7. More information on the event date & time, venue, ID check, and admission will be announced together with the announcement of the raffle winners.
8. We strictly forbid any filming or recording during the event. Anyone found of filming during the event will be penalized by data destruction, expulsion from the event, etc. Please abide by the requests from the staff in such situations.
9. Due to safety concerns, in consideration of the number of participants and the venue size, tripods are prohibited.
10. List of items restricted in the event: tripods; chemical materials; flammable materials (gasoline) and objects (cans); bottles; weapons and other dangerous goods; and any liquid or food items such as liquor and beverage.
11. The artists will not receive gifts or fan letters. We kindly ask for your understanding.
12. Anyone found of duplicating, transferring, or selling the seat ticket will not be able to participate in all events involving BTS in the future.
13. This event complies with regulations stated in BTS Fanclub Etiquette. Violation of such regulations will result in denial of admission at the venue, without any notice.
14. The event may be canceled or its schedule may be changed depending on the situation involving the recent outbreak of novel coronavirus. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this measure is for the health and safety of the artists and the fans.
