The unreleased photocard and sticker sets will be shipped starting Thu, July 31, to the delivery address you entered when purchasing the product.

※ The winning order number will be sent to the winners via email to confirm the shipping address for the event prize.

- 1 set of stickers featuring the logos of past RUN BTS episodes and the most memorable moments of each member

[How to check if you’ve won]

Go to BTS Weverse → More (⋮) button on the top right corner → Event Entries page and check your result.

[Please note]

- The event prize will be shipped to the delivery address you entered when purchasing the product.

- Winners selected by their BTS 2025 FESTA on-site pickup order number will receive a separate email to enter their shipping information.

- If the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery or refuses to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- The shipping schedule is subject to change based on the circumstances.

- If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission to any further events of BTS.

- The special gifts cannot be exchanged for other products.

- The event prizes are produced based on the number of raffle winners and cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- For winners, when you request an exchange of your purchases, you must return the product only (excluding the event prize). However, when you request a refund of your purchases that include event prizes, you must return both the product and the event prize.

- The event prize will be shipped via Pantos (a designated logistics partner).

- This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
