※ Canceling your album order after the event winner announcement will result in exclusion from the raffle and you will not be able to participate in the event.

[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification + Event entries QR code

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, Application Receipt for Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), Application Receipt for South Korean Youth Card, mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student ID, photocopies, photos, certified copies, employee ID cards, National Health Insurance certificates, civil servant ID cards, etc.) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

※ Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ During the check-in process, your identity and the QR code will be verified. Your QR code can be found in Event Entries page on Weverse. Admission is not permitted with a captured image. Please have your Weverse app ready on-site.

※ This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare as the ticket pickup process may take longer than expected.

2. The event ticket cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If such activity is detected, you will be denied of admission.

3. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

4. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food (except for bottled water). Prohibited items also include companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers. Please be aware that prohibited items will be confiscated, and you may be asked to leave the venue if found.

5. You won’t be able to deliver letters, gifts, flowers, etc. to the artist in the event.

6. Please be careful to keep your valuables safe during the event. The organizer/host is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings due to your negligence.

7. Exchanges and refunds are not possible if you fail to participate in the event due to traffic or parking problems on the event day.

8. The use of personal cheering tools (such as banners, posters, etc.) is prohibited at this event. You may be asked to leave the venue if you’re found crafting or using unauthorized cheering tools and other illegal items.

9. Photography devices such as DSLRs, digital cameras, and camcorders are not allowed. Possession of the above devices will result in denied entry. Furthermore, if you are found filming or broadcasting on social media without prior consent, including with smartphones, you will be asked to delete the content and leave the venue. If you are found filming or bringing the above items into the venue, and are asked to leave the venue, you will not be able to receive a refund. Please note there will be no separate storage facility on the day of the event.

10. Your seat will be randomly assigned on the day of the event. Changing your seat after entry may lead to being asked to leave the venue, so please follow the on-site staff's instructions. Please note that some seats may have restricted views, and changing seats or requesting refunds are not possible.
