[Notes on Applying for the Special Gift]

① You can apply once per account.

② The special gift will be available only for customers who pre-ordered <Hello, Twenty Wonhee> VOD during the pre-order period on the Weverse Shop website, and paid the shipping fee for the special gift on the corresponding Weverse Shop website.

③ Special gift cancellation

- Please note that you cannot cancel your order or application for the special gift once the order status for the special gift has changed to Shipping Soon.

- You can only cancel your order of the VOD after canceling your special gift application; the application cancellation is available until Mon, July 27, 2026, 12:59:59 PM (KST).

- Your VOD order will not be available to cancel if you have already watched the <Hello, Twenty Wonhee> paid content.
