- If the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not being available to accept the delivery or refuse to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission for any further events of ILLIT.

- The special gifts cannot be exchanged for other products.

- The event prizes are made based on the number of raffle winners and cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
