① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → ENHYPEN → Pickup category → Purchase albums with the PICKUP tag.

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Arrive at the album booth, present your QR code to the staff, and receive the special gift for album customers.

※ The special gifts for on-site pickup customers may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

※ Minor scratches that occur during the finishing procedure of production are not defects. Any dents of 5mm or less, fine scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.

※ Purchase and pickup dates/times vary by concert date and purchase round (1st/2nd). Please check the posted schedule prior to purchase.

※ Orders for pickup albums and special gifts cannot be canceled after each purchase round ends.

※ If special gifts are not collected at the venue during the designated period, the associated pickup album purchase will be automatically canceled starting Mon, August 10, with full refunds issued to the original payment method.

- Weverse members can order the albums on Weverse Shop and pick up the special gifts at the venue.

- Please note that albums may sell out early.

- Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

- Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

- If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead. For exchanges, the special gift will be the same member image as originally provided. (You cannot choose a version.)

- In case the product is different from its advertisement or the stipulations outlined in its contract, including defects, the customer may contact us through Weverse Help → [Contact us] to withdraw the purchase order within 3 months of receiving the product and within 30 days from the date the customer discovers or could have discovered such fact.

- Defective photocards can only be exchanged on-site. Please check your items immediately upon pickup.

- Please note that pickup location open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

- For any other questions regarding on-site pickup, please find a staff member at the venue.
