To ensure as many customers as possible can enjoy the ENHYPEN [ROMANCE : UNTOLD] Pre-order Customers Fan Showcase, we would like to open an additional raffle for seats with restricted views. Check out the details below.

※ This raffle will be only for the customers who already entered the previous raffle for the ENHYPEN [ROMANCE : UNTOLD] Pre-order Customers Fan Showcase (read more at https://weverse.io/enhypen/notice/20597). Please note that a new entry is not available.

ENHYPEN 2nd Album [ROMANCE : UNTOLD] Fan Showcase

- Location: Olympic Handball Stadium (Indoor), Olympic Park, Seoul, South Korea

[Raffle Eligibility]

- Customers who entered the ENHYPEN [ROMANCE : UNTOLD] Pre-order Customers Fan Showcase Raffle but did not win a ticket

[Additional Winner Announcement]

- The additional winners will be announced in a notice after Tue. July 9, 2024, 8:00 PM (KST). Customers can also check My Events page to check the result.

[Number of Raffle Winners]

- Total 140 winners (restricted view seats)

* 140 additional winners will be randomly selected for the restricted-view seats after the previous raffle for the regular 1700 seats ends.

* The winners for the restricted-view seats will receive a winner verification number from 1701 to 1840. Please check in at the ticket booth within the designated time slot.

* The seat will be randomly assigned during the winner verification and ticket distribution.

* Seats provided through additional raffle have restricted views due to fixed installations and performance equipment in the venue, and there may be variations in the extent of the view restriction for each seat. Please note that refunds and seat changes due to this are not available.

* For the additional winners, the message "You missed" on My Event page will be changed to "You won.”

※ The information of the raffle participant and the raffle winner must match (the information of the raffle participant cannot be changed after submission). The raffle winning cannot be collected on behalf of others, transferred to others, or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event.

※ The raffle winners will be invited to the ENHYPEN 2nd Album [ROMANCE : UNTOLD] Fan Showcase.

* Check-in and admission time will be announced later to the raffle winners.

* Your seating will not be affected by your winner verification number. Please do not form random waiting queues at the site.
