Congratulations to all event winners!

For those who have won, a winning announcement email will be sent to the account ID (email) used to enter the event.

The autographed instant photo will be shipped together with the ENHYPEN [ORANGE BLOOD] order that was completed during Mon. October 16, 2023, 11:00 AM - Thu. November 16, 2023, 11:59 PM (KST).

* Pre-order Customer Event Details

ENHYPEN [ORANGE BLOOD] pre-order customers will have the chance to enter the video call fansign raffle. 50 winners will be randomly selected from the raffle participants to receive an autographed instant photo (random 1 out of 50 versions).

- Event period: Mon. October 16, 2023, 11:00 AM - Thu. November 16, 2023, 11:59 PM (KST)

- Event eligibility: All customer who purchased at least one copy of ENHYPEN [ORANGE BLOOD] during the event period and entered the video call raffle

- Event prize: 1 instant photo autographed by ENHYPEN per winner

- Winner announcement (50 winners)

- The autographed instant photos are produced based on the number of winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift. If you lose the gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

- The autographed instant photos may have minor smudges from the autographs.

- The special gift for the raffle participants will be shipped together with their purchases.

- The autographed instant photo will be shipped to the address you entered for your purchases. Additional shipping of the autographed instant photo will not be available if it does not reach you the first time due to your circumstances, such as incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you (last name / first name / address / contact information), a recipient not being available to accept the delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery.

- If you are found duplicating, selling, or transferring the autographed instant photos or committing any other fraud, you may be denied admission to all ENHYPEN events in the future.

- One winner will receive one instant photo autographed by the artist.

- If you are a special gift winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, you must send both the product and the special gift if you are requesting a refund; if the gift is not sent, your refund will not be granted.
