On Wednesday, December 22, we will send individual emails to fansign raffle winners. Please fill in the form and submit the email (attendance confirmation & identity verification) by Thursday, December 23, 23:59(KST), for the event to go underway.  

Please note that the winners must confirm the attendance to be able to attend the event; therefore, read carefully to find out how to respond to the email and for the important information below.

※This event is subject to change (the number of participants may be readjusted) and cancellation due to the fluctuating nature of social distancing measures regarding COVID-19 and unique circumstances of the venue.      

* How to Reply to the Email & More Info

1. Emails about attendance confirmation, identity verification, and questions for ENHYPEN during the event will be sent to the raffle winners.

2. Please provide all the required information for attendance confirmation and personal identification by going to the link on the email sent to you.

3. Due Date: Thur. December 23, 2021, 23:59 (KST)

4. It will be considered that you do not attend the fansign if you submit the information later than the due date above.

5. Required information: attendance confirmation, your name, date of birth, and a mobile phone number for ID verification, a question for ENHYPEN.

6. If you have not received the email from us by Wed. December 22, 2021, 23:59 (KST) despite being included in the raffle winner list, please contact us through Weverse Shop Customer Service.

7. For the event admission, 1) the information provided for the ID verification (name and date of birth); 2) information on the valid IDs; and 3) the raffle winner information provided on Weverse Shop must match.

8. If you do not or cannot attend the fansign, the signed album will be sent to the address you have submitted when purchasing the album.

Admission Information

1. Only the raffle winner can enter the fansign venue (one wristband for one person), and the admission will be restricted if you lose the wristband.

2. Raffle winners’ QR code will be checked upon admission. You can find the QR code by tapping 'More' button (···) on the top right corner on ENHYPEN Weverse and ENHYPEN Event Applications. Screenshot image of the QR code will not be accepted, so please open the QR code on Weverse App on site

3. You cannot enter or exit the venue during the fansign except when going to the toilet. Please have your wristband with you to enter or exit the venue during the fansign.

COVID-19 Prevention At The Venue

1. To create a safe fansign environment, you will go through COVID-19 screening by the staff and will be restricted from entering the venue on the day of fansign if...

- you have contacted one or more people with COVID-19 OR someone who contacted one or more people with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

- you show symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, and other respiratory/pulmonary diseases.

- you have been to places where one or more people with COVID-19 visited in the last 14 days.

- you have visited another country in the last 14 days from the date of the fansign. 

- you did not finish your 14-day quarantine after entering South Korea from overseas. 

2. Before entering the venue, you must complete the medical checkup form and your temperature will be measured. If your temperature is over 37.5°C or if you show symptoms of cough, sore throat, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you cannot enter the venue and will be restricted from the fansign.

3. On the day of the fansign, you must check in with the QR code entry log and complete the medical checkup form for COVID-19 prevention. Please make sure that you complete the form truthfully as false information or intentional omission of information will result in penalties in accordance with the South Korean “INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT.” Furthermore, on the day of the fansign, all medical information must be up to date. To ensure that the event goes ahead smoothly, please complete the form before entering the venue. 

4. You must wear a mask at all times at the venue. Otherwise, you will be restricted from the venue.

5. If you are found not wearing a mask or having food or drinks, other than water, at the venue, you will be banned from the event. In such a case, you cannot cancel or refund your album purchase. Please make sure you wear a mask at all times during the event.

6. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, there will be distance between seats during the fansign, and a transparent partition will be placed between the artists and the fans. Please comply with COVID-19 prevention measures such as wearing a mask or washing hands frequently.

7. As part of COVID-19 prevention measures, we restrict the following behaviors such as trying to start a conversation with the artists with a loud voice, shouting, chanting, and standing up. Please show your support for the artists with big rounds of applause.

8. If you did not win the raffle, please do not visit the proximity around the fansign venue for the COVID-19 prevention.

Please Note (If you won the raffle)

1. Please have your valid ID ready to enter the fansign.

- South Korean citizen: Resident Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Youth Card (Issued by the local community center)

- Non South Korean citizen: Passport or Alien Registration Card

2. Participants with a nationality other than South Korean can complete the ID check with the name on their passport ONLY.

3. Name, photo, and date of birth on the ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fansign if there is any mismatch with the raffle entry.

4. Only the raffle winner can participate in the fansign, and the winning raffle cannot be sold or transferred to another person. (If found, you will be restricted from the fansign)

5. The name entered for the raffle will be signed ONLY on the album.

6. Only hand-written letters can be given to artists as a gift. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before you enter the fansign venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted.

7. Due to social distancing measures, flower wreaths, headband, character hats, and other goods cannot be given to the artists.

8. We strictly forbid personal video or audio recording while the artists are signing your album.

9. The seats will be randomly assigned and announced along with the winner announcement. Changing seats in any way will be strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the staff may result in restriction from the fansign.

10. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with ENHYPEN in the future.

11. Fans who violate ENHYPEN fan club etiquette may be restricted from the fansign without notice. This applies to all raffle winners including the subscribers of ENHYPEN Global Official Fanclub ENGENE membership.
