- Shipping: begins on Tue. April 16, 2024

* Online delivery orders are not guaranteed for delivery before the concert dates.

* For Belmont Park concert attendees, we recommend you consider on-site pickup if you plan to use the merchandise at the concert.

- No order cancellation is allowed after the purchase period - Sat. April 6, 2024 6PM (PDT)

- For customers who purchased during the last 24 hours of the purchase period, cancellation will be allowed within the next 24 hours. Please contact our customer service to cancel the order. 

- Items may be sold out quickly due to limited quantity.

- These products are sold on a consignment basis, thus it cannot be shipped together with other products.

Shipping Information

- We cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

- Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

- Only the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

- Tax and delivery surcharges may apply to certain areas.

What is the on-site pickup with Weverse Shop?

How to receive your order via on-site pickup

1. Weverse Shop - ENHYPEN (US) - Purchase the product eligible for on-site pickup in the Pickup category page
2. Check the QR code on “MY - Order History”
3. During on-site pickup, present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup location, and pick up your order.

- Please do not disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as orders are picked up on-site without identity verification.

- Exchange due to product defects will only be provided on-site at the venue during the pickup period, so please check your purchased item for defects immediately upon receiving it.

- Shopping bag will not be provided at the booth

- We are not responsible for the restrictions set forth by the venue’s personal item policy

- Items may be sold out quickly due to limited quantity.
