Purchasing and Picking Up Albums at the NewJeans Pop-Up Store

NewJeans POP-UP STORE will be open from Fri. August 12, 2022 to Wed. August 31, 2022 (KST). NewJeans 1st EP [New Jeans] will be available for purchase and pick up at the NewJeans Pop-Up Store.


Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pick-up

Weverse Shop account holders can buy the album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, and pick up their orders immediately at the NewJeans POP-UP STORE.

* Please note that the purchase schedule and the pick-up schedule is NOT THE SAME as the pop-up store operation hours.

How to Purchase on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site

① Come to the NewJeans Pop-Up Store.

② Open Weverse Shop app -> NewJeans (GLOBAL) -> purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category.

③ Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

④ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick-up zone, and receive your purchases.


Please Note

□ The NewJeans Pop-Up Store has a limited quantity of albums that can be purchased and picked up for each day. The albums may sell out early.

□ The purchase schedule and the pick-up schedule are different from the operations hours of the pop-up store.

□ All products may sell out early.

□ Please make sure to keep the QR code you receive after making your purchase from Weverse Shop private, as you will be able to pick up your purchases without any identification verification if you have the QR code.

□ Orders that are not picked up on the day of purchase will be automatically canceled and refunded after the pop-up store closes for the day.

□ If your received product is defective, you can exchange them on site if the product is not sold out. Please check your received products carefully to make sure they are not defective.

□ Your Weverse Shop order details will be checked in order to exchange your defective product(s). You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out and cannot be exchanged.

□ Date and time of product availability and quantity are subject to change.

□ Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the site.

□ Please refer to Weverse Shop Customer Service for additional inquiries about picking up on-site.

□ If you have any questions about the pop-up store, please ask the employees at the pop-up store.


* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
