[NOTICE] Information on the Special Event for Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 Purchasers

EVENT 1. Autographed Merchandise Giveaway

To celebrate the release of the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1,

we will be holding a raffle event where we will give away merchandise autographed by

the members participating in Season.1: S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, and JUN.

[Prize]

One random Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 merchandise, personally autographed by S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, or JUN (Total of 12, three per

member.)

[Entry Period and Method]

* Purchase one or more Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 merchandise

from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/USA/JAPAN) within the purchase period notified below.

12 winners will be randomly selected from customers who made their entry within the entry period and receive one random autographed merchandise.

- Purchase Period: From 6:00 PM, Wednesday, September 13 to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, September 19, 2023 (KST)

- Entry Period: From 6:00 PM, Wednesday, September 13 to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, September 19, 2023 (KST)

※ You can enter the event on Weverse. Applicants must use the Weverse account with

the same ID as their Weverse Shop account which they had used to purchase the merch

to be eligible.

※ You can enter the event by clicking on the [Enter Event] button found below this event announcement.

[Winner Announcement]

- When: 6:00 PM, Thursday, October 19, 2023 (KST)

- Where to Check: Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/USA/JAPAN) SEVENTEEN Event Notice or Event Entry History on Weverse App

- Number of Winners: 12 People; Winners will be selected randomly through a raffle

- Winner notification and shipping address confirmation will be sent out to the winners’

email address as registered on their Weverse account at a later date.

[Important Information]

- You will be entered into the event as many times as the total number of products you

purchase from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/USA/JAPAN) during the event period, not by the number of orders you place. (e.g., if you purchase two products today and two more tomorrow, that will be counted as four; you only need to apply for entry once during the

entry period.)

- The time of your purchase will be counted as the time of your event entry.

- After logging into Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account

used to purchase your merchandise, click on the “Enter Event” button to go to the event page.

- Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of event participants, and one person cannot win twice.

- You will no longer be eligible if you make a purchase, apply for event entry during the

entry period, then cancel your order.

- An email outlining the steps to follow after winning and requesting consent to the

additional collection and use of personal information will be sent to the winners’

Weverse accounts; please make sure your email address is still valid. We will not compensate for any disadvantages incurred due to failure to receive the email for

personal reasons.

*Duration of keeping and using personal information: 6 months for those who enter the raffle, and 1 year after the event winner announcement for those who win the raffle for Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 Autographed Gifts Event

- An email informing the period during which one must consent to the additional

collection and use of personal information for the prize shipment will be sent to the

winner’s Weverse account email. If you do not respond within the deadline, your win will

be forfeited, and the reward will not be shipped.

- The personal information collected for the prize shipment cannot be modified.

Please make sure that you enter all information (name, contact information, desired

shipping address, etc.) correctly before submitting it. Any disadvantages incurred due to providing incorrect information will not be compensated.

- The country and region where you will receive the prize should be the same as the

country and region where you received the merchandise you purchased.

- The prize will be shipped out separately from your order. The products you purchased

will be shipped in line with the delivery date. As for the prize, winners will receive a

separate notice regarding the shipping schedule after the winner announcement.

- Winners will receive one merchandise autographed by S.COUPS, JEONGHAN,

JOSHUA, or JUN, selected at random out of 12 available.

- The prize cannot be exchanged for a different product.

- Only 12 merchandise will be prepared to fit the number of winners; exchanges due to defects will not be available.

- If you have won and would like to exchange the merchandise you purchased, please

return the purchased merchandise only, without the prize. However, you must return both

your purchase and the prize if you would like a refund; you will not be able to receive a

refund if the prize has not been returned.

- This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

EVENT 2. Weverse Collection Gift Event

Customers who purchased the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 official merchandise will receive a Weverse Collection.

[Weverse Collection]

- Weverse Collection is a service that allows fans to archive and commemorate their activities within Weverse.

It can be collected by accomplishing missions related to fan’s activities in Weverse.

- 1 S.COUPS Weverse Badge + 1 Digital Photocard Image

- 1 JEONGHAN Weverse Badge + 1 Digital Photocard Image

- 1 JOSHUA Weverse Badge + 1 Digital Photocard Image

- 1 JUN Weverse Badge + 1 Digital Photocard Image

[Weverse Collection Gift Schedule]

GLOBAL (in KST)

- Purchase Period: From 6 PM, Wednesday, September 13, 2023 to until the stock runs out

- Gift Schedule: Friday, October 6

USA (in PDT)

- Purchase Period: From 2 AM, Wednesday, September 13, 2023 to until the stock runs out

- Gift Schedule: Thursday, October 19

JAPAN

- Purchase Period: From 6 PM, Wednesday, September 13, 2023 to until the stock runs out

- Gift Schedule: Friday, October 20

[Important Information]

- Weverse Collection is a service that allows fans to archive and commemorate their activities within Weverse. It can be collected by accomplishing missions related to fan’s activities in Weverse.

- The Weverse Collection for this event will be provided to the Weverse account of those who made a purchase during the purchase period using the same account.

- You can receive a total of four Weverse Collections, one per member.

- When you purchase one or more products featuring a certain member, you will receive a Weverse Collection of that member.

- A maximum of one Weverse Collection per member will be provided per account, regardless of the number of purchases or product type.

(Example: If you purchase 2 [S.COUPS] GLASS SET and 1 [S.COUPS] UMBRELLA, you will receive 1 S.COUPS Weverse Collection)

- You can check your Weverse Collection on [Weverse > Manage my profile > Collection].

- As Weverse Collection is limited to the first round of sales, this event may end early if the stock runs out and the sales end.

- If you purchase a product during the purchase period and then cancel your order, you will not receive a Weverse Collection.

- Please use the “FAQ” or “1:1 Inquiry” feature in the Weverse customer service center for any inquiries regarding the Weverse Collection.
