- The CD you purchased will be shipped together with the special gift for those who enter the event (undisclosed random photocard).

- Winners’ signed CD and the special gift (grip-tok) will be shipped after the event ends.

※ You cannot exchange/get a refund of the special gift

- Special gifts are not a product for sale, but a gift for those who enter the fansign raffle.

- Except for when there are significant damages to the special gift, the gift cannot be exchanged.

- When you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift. If you lose the gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

1. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to pre-order the album. If you do not have Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join SEVENTEEN Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to pre-order the albums.

2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on SEVENTEEN Weverse, in which you are logged in with Weverse Shop account used to pre-order the album.

3. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.

4. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in the exclusion from the raffle.

5. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended.

6. Albums purchased will be delivered after the album release date.

7. Only those who purchased SEVENTEEN 9th Mini Album ‘Attacca’ from Weverse Shop GLOBAL can enter the fansign raffle.

8. The raffle winners and their information will be based on the information entered for the ‘Recipient Name’, date of birth, and email when paying for the album pre-order.

9. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle by entering the name under their passport. Please note that the 'Recipient name' must match the name under the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)

10. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to HYBE INC. and Pledis Entertainment.  (For those who enter the raffle, the information will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended. For those who won the raffle, the information will be discarded within a year.)

11. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred to another person, and you will be denied entry to the fansign if your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match.

12. One (random) of the albums purchased will be signed by the members, and the signed album will be delivered to you after the event ends. Please be aware that it will be considered you accept that your album will be opened to be signed by the members.

13. Video call fansign will be held on KakaoTalk mobile application at the time scheduled for each raffle winner. If the connection is unstable or the participant is having difficulty with the KakaoTalk application, the event will not go ahead as scheduled.

14. The fansign event can be changed or canceled without notice.

Please Note (If you won the video call fansign)

1. The signed album will be delivered to the participating raffle winner after the video call fansign. 

2. Only the raffle winner must participate in the video call. If another individual is on the video call or more than one person appears, fansign for that individual may end early.

3. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. Please double-check the fansign date and time, and wait for your turn. It is important to make sure that your network is stable.

4. Before receiving the video call, a message regarding the start of the event will be sent via KakaoTalk application. The staff will verify the raffle winner and the fansign will start. Please have your photo ID ready, such as passport, South Korean Resident Card, and South Korean Youth Card. (Student ID is not allowed)

5. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match your information with the raffle, fansign participation will be denied. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. (If you are found to have or have been transferred the ticket, you will be denied entry.)

6. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start his/her turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

7. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will also be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be concluded.

8. For a smooth fansign, please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.

9. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.

10. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers.

11. Directions and process for the video call will be announced later along with the raffle winner announcement.

Please Note (During the event)

1. The selected album and page will be signed with your name in a“TO. Your name” format. If you make an additional request when they are signing your album, your video call can be concluded. (Nicknames and other names not allowed) 

2. The album used for this event will be SEVENTEEN 9th Mini Album ‘Attacca’  Op.3 version

3. Only the selected page of the Op.3 version album will be signed.

4. Please have your ID ready for verification when entering the event.

  ※ Accepted IDs

• If you have South Korean nationality: Resident card, driver’s license, passport (issued before 21 December 2020), and/or youth card (issued from the community center)
• (Those with passports issued after 21 December 2020 must present the passport and the passport information certificate.)
• If you do not have South Korean nationality: Passport and/or alien registration card

* Other IDs (student IDs, etc) will not be accepted

* All accepted IDs must be valid and not expired.

5. Name, photo, and date of birth must be shown on the ID, and must match the information provided when entering the raffle.

6. Requests to artists to do things other than signing the album, such as drawing and writing postscripts, are not accepted.

7. When the timer rings after 1 minute during the event, the video call will be transferred to the next member.

8. Only 1 person is allowed during the video call, and the call will be concluded if people other than the raffle winner appear.

9. You will not be reconnected to the video call if the video call is ended due to low battery or other reasons.

10. You cannot live stream the event, but you can keep the photos, and video and audio recording during the video call. (However, uploading them on social media is restricted and can be punished.)

11. Taking pictures, or recording audio and video of the event with devices other than your mobile phone used for the video call is prohibited.

12. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you do so, you may be denied from participating in the event.

13. Making inappropriate requests, asking personal questions, insulting or blaming the members, etc will not be accepted, and the video call will be concluded.

14. This event is a precious time for SEVENTEEN and the fans. Please read and understand the above for the smooth proceeding of the event. If the staff deems any of your actions to be inappropriate for the event, you will be restricted from the event.
