※ Only the raffle winners for the members in each unit can enter the venue.

- All customers who purchased at least one copy of [OFFLINE FANSIGN] SEVENTEEN 12th Mini Album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the event period and entered the raffle.
※ SEVENTEEN 12th Mini Album KiT ver., Weverse Albums ver. are not eligible for this event raffle.

※ One of your purchased albums will used at the venue to be signed by the members. (You cannot choose which album you want to get signed.)

- All customers who entered the raffle will get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 13 versions featuring each member) for each album they purchase.
* The special gift will be shipped together with your purchased item on the scheduled shipping start date.
* The unreleased selfie photocards are identical to the ones provided for the Unit B raffle participants.
※ For Raffle Winners
- All the raffle winners will get 1 phone grip per person featuring the official individual photo of a member in Unit A (randomly selected).
* The special gift will be provided at the fansign event venue.
* The special gift will be made in limited quantity and an exchange will not be available.
※ Special Gift Exchange/Refund Guideline
- Special gift is not a product for sale, but a gift for those who enter and/or win the fansign raffle.
- Except for when there are significant damages to the special gift, the special gift cannot be exchanged.
- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

[How to Enter the Raffle]
- Purchase [OFFLINE FANSIGN] SEVENTEEN 12th Mini Album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the event period and enter the raffle event on Weverse raffle page. You must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album.
※ You must enter the event (Unit A) raffle on Weverse.
※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after your submission. Please make sure your information (name, contact information, etc.) is correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information submitted by you.

※ Please note that the number of albums you ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times. For album sets, the total number of albums included in the sets will be counted toward the raffle entries.
※ If you cancel all of your order(s) after entering the raffle, your raffle participation will be automatically canceled. Please purchase the eligible product(s) and enter the raffle if you want to participate.
(For example, if you placed two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, you will stay in the raffle. If you cancel both orders, your participation will be canceled.)
※ All album sales on Weverse Shop will count for Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).

1. You must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album. If you do not have an account on Weverse, please sign up for Weverse and join SEVENTEEN Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase the albums.
2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap Enter Raffle on the announcement posted on SEVENTEEN Weverse, in which you are logged in with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.
3. The raffle is processed based on the time of raffle entry and the time of payment for the album.
4 . You cannot win the same raffle multiple times.
5. The winner announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted to the raffle.
6. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle with the English names that appear on their valid photo ID. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)
7. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number).
* Raffle winners will be required to provide additional personal information for the raffle and their participation in the event.

: Purpose of collecting personal information: For winner selection and event operation of Weverse Offline Fansign for SEVENTEEN 12th Mini Album Pre-order Customers
: Personal information provided to: PLEDIS Entertainment Co., Ltd., and HYBE Co., Ltd.
: Duration of keeping and using personal information: 6 months after the winner announcement for the raffle participants, and 1 year after the event ends for the raffle winners
8. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle.
9. Once the raffle winners are announced, all orders you used to enter the event raffle will be set to "Preparing Products" status. You will not be able to cancel the order or request a refund even if you did not win the raffle.
10. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended, even if you did not win.
11. Only the raffle winner is permitted to participate in the event.
12. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission.
13. The raffle winners must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person.
14. According to the WEVERSE COMPANY policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for 14-year-olds and older (must be born on or before October 16, 2010). Minors under the age (born on or after October 17, 2010) cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.
※ What is a valid photo ID?
- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)
* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.
* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.
* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.
* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.
* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.
* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.
* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.
* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.
* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.
* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.
[Please Note (For raffle winners)]
※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.
1. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the wristband distribution may take a long time.
2. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with SEVENTEEN in the future.
3. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.
4. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband to re-enter the venue.
5. You can take photos and videos from your seat during the fansign event. However, filming or recording while waiting for your turn or during the signing, and asking the artist to pose for a selfie or an instant photo (Polaroid), are not allowed. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave.
6. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods away from your seat are strictly prohibited. If you fail to observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.
7. If you change your seat or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.
8. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice.
(Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.)
9. We are not responsible for damages resulting from you sharing your own account information or others misusing your shared information. Please keep your account information safe.
10. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.
11. You will get the autograph on a copy of SEVENTEEN 12th Mini Album. You may select a page you want to get signed within the album. Please note, however, that you can select from individual member pages.
(* On the day of the event, please pick up the album and index markers at the venue and use the markers to mark the page you want to get signed. You may bring your own index markers.)
