[Please Note (Admission process)]

1. The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)

(Those who submit South Korean passports issued after December 21, 2020 must also submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Certification of alien registration

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) are not allowed.

* Photos, print-outs, and screenshots of a valid photo ID, and legal guardians vouching for your identity will not be accepted.

* A screenshot of your mobile driver's license will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the venue.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

2. International participants can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passports.

3. In the admission process, your identity and the winner's QR code will be verified. A screenshot will be not considered valid. Please have your Weverse Shop app ready at the site.

4. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband or your order number ticket.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband and/or your order number ticket to re-enter the venue.

[Please Note (When you’re participating in the event)]

1. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

2. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

3. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted including food.

4. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording the stage performances.

5. Participants who violate the guidelines and etiquette may be restricted from participating in the event or escorted off the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners.

6. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

7. This event uses UV stamps for ID verification. Only the event winners can be admitted to the event. The event admission cannot be transferred or sold.

※ Wristbands will be distributed (after ID verification) on the date of the event from 3:00 - 5:00 PM (KST). The venue will be open to admission from 6:00 - 7:00 PM (KST). (This schedule is subject to change without prior notice)

※ If you change your seat or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

※ If your account information has been leaked through your own carelessness and your account information has been abused by others, the organizing company of the event is not responsible for the damages.

[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Venue]

1. The raffle winners must not be a confirmed case on the day of the event or be released from quarantine prior to the event to be allowed to participate.

2. Your body temperature will be measured before you enter the venue. If your temperature is higher than 37.5°C, you will be asked to test yourself using a COVID-19 test kit. If your kit test result is positive, you will be prohibited from participating in the event.

3. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) inside and outside of the event venue. If you do not observe these guidelines, you may be escorted off the premises.

4. You will be escorted off the premises if you refuse to wear your mask, or consume food (other than water) inside the venue. Please remember to keep your masks on during the event. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

5. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result, you may be restricted from participating in the event.

6. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
