2020 Lunar New Year Holidays Shipping Info from 24 to 27 January

As we approach the Lunar New Year holidays, we would like to inform you that our shipping service will experience some delays from 24 to 27 January.

To make sure you get your orders as early as possible, we recommend you to make your orders before the holidays begin.

Please follow the important deadlines below (KST).

* South Korea shipping

- 20 January, 5 PM (Except Jeju Island and Ulleung Island)

- 19 January, 5 PM for Jeju Island and Ulleung Island

- 17 January, 5 PM for other islands

* EMS Global shipping

- 21 January, 5 PM

The orders that are to be shipped out on the deadlines above will be delivered after 23 January or after the holidays end.

The orders after the deadlines above will be shipped after 28 January, depending on the courier.

The deadlines above reflect the schedule of the courier and may change in case of a high volume of orders.

We recommend you to make your orders in advance to avoid any delays, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
