* Watch Video with Digital Code

- Digital Code is a service that allows you to watch high-definition VODs on Weverse. You can use the code on the card to watch VOD.

- Mobile: On the Weverse mobile app, select the video you want to watch in the media menu of your artist, and scan the QR code or redeem the number code under the QR code. Enjoy your VOD.

- Web: Redeem the number code on the card to watch the VOD on the Weverse website.

- TV app: Redeem the Digital Code on your Weverse mobile app or Weverse website, then watch the VOD using your TV app.

- You need a Weverse Account to watch the VOD.

- You will have permanent access to the VOD with one-time authentication.

- A product's Digital Code can be used by only one account. If the Digital Code has been used by an account, that code cannot be canceled or used by another account.

* Please Note

- For SEVENTEEN 2024 SEASON'S GREETINGS, you can purchase up to 6.

- The outer box is a shockproof box that serves to protect the merch items inside. It may become discolored or scratched during shipping.

- Product size and content are subject to change based on the circumstances of the manufacturer.

- There may be cracks, discoloration, or color bleeding due to the nature of the materials.

- When you exchange/return your purchase, you will not be able to watch the corresponding VOD. It will be considered that you have used the product when you use the Digital Code for the VOD. Used products cannot be exchanged/returned.

- If you are ordering from South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address in Korean. Entering a South Korean address in English may lead to delayed or failed delivery as the couriers may not accept the address or have difficulty in processing the delivery.

- If you are ordering from countries/regions other than South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address and the recipient's name in English. In the case where the address and the name contain characters with accent symbols such as é, ç, œ, í, ø, ß, ü, and ñ, please eliminate the symbols.

- Please note that if you place multiple orders to a single address, your orders may be subject to the customs laws of the recipient country, such as the imposition of import tariffs or being held at customs. You are responsible for paying the import tariffs imposed on bulk purchases you make.
