You can purchase the official 2023 SVT 7TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> official merch by either ordering in advance and picking up on-site, or purchasing on-site. Please refer to the information below for details.
Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pickup
Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch from Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are near the 2023 SVT 7TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> concert venue, and pick up their orders on site.

How to Purchase on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site
① Weverse Shop - SEVENTEEN (GLOBAL) - Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the Pick-up - STADIUM category.
② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].
③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick-up zone, and receive your purchases.
Defective Merch Exchange Period (KST)
- Fri. March 10, 2023, 11:00 AM - until the day's concert ends
- Sat. March 11, 2023, 11:00 AM - until the day's concert ends
- Sun. March 12, 2023, 11:00 AM - until the day's concert ends
Please Note for Merch Purchase
□ You will be able to purchase products regardless of your concert attendance.
□ Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch and album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the venue and pick them up at the concert venue.
□ Please make your way to the pick-up zone with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.
□ The product may sell out early.
□ All [On-Site Pick-up Only] products are identical to the products sold at the merch booth on the concert day.
□ Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the Pick-up zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.
□ Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick-up hours will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days.
□ For OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3, you can purchase up to 1 per person.
□ Customers purchasing OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 will receive a special gift: OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 STRAP.
□ The special gift (OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 STRAP) is identical to the strap that was provided when you purchased the light stick online. Special gifts may become out of stock early due to limited quantity.
□ For TRADING CARD SET and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 10 for each product.
□ For products with options that are not OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3, TRADING CARD SET, or LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 3 for each option.
(For example, you can purchase 3 of each sizing option of Zip-up Hoodie, which sums up to 9 total.)
□ For products without an option that are not OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3, TRADING CARD SET, or LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 3.
(For example, you can purchase 3 TRADING CARD BINDERS.)
□ TRADING CARD SET comes with 1 random special photocard featuring an individual member selfie.
□ If you want to return the product, you must return the special gift as well. If you have lost the components of the items due to your negligence, a return will not be available.
□ An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.
□ Please have your receipt ready when exchanging defective products. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.
□ The booth operation hours and the availability of the official merch are subject to change.
□ Please note that free shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.
□ Please refer to Weverse Shop Customer Service for additional inquiries about picking up on-site.
Payment Information
- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay or Weverse Card.
- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
