Date: Fri. July 28, 2023, 8:00 PM (KST)

Location: Seoul, South Korea (The exact location will be announced later to the raffle winners.)

[Check-in Process]

Location: Reception desk on the 1st floor of the event venue

Wristband Distribution: 7:00 PM - 7:50 PM

* The numbers are given for the order of the identity verification process. Your seating will not be affected by your winner verification number. Please do not form random waiting queues at the site.

* A wristband will be distributed during the check-in process, and all seats at the live venue will be assigned randomly. You are prohibited from changing your seats and relocating to a different seat during the event.

Fri. July 28, 2023, 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM (KST)

* Please enter the venue 10 minutes before the event begins. Admission will not be allowed after the event begins.

* Admission time is subject to change based on the circumstances at the venue.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

* South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

* Minors with South Korean nationality: Student ID (elementary school, middle school, high school), passport, national certificate with an ID photo and the date of birth

* Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* Screenshots of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. Please make your way with enough time to spare as wristband distribution may take a long time.

2. The wristband cannot be picked up by someone else other than the winner. Also, if you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, you will be denied admission to the event.

3. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

4. The event may be recorded in videos by YG ENTERTAINMENT Inc. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

5. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.

6. We recommend you use a hand sanitizer and wear a KF94 face mask.

7. During the live, you are strictly prohibited from recording video or voice. If you use a smartphone or set up a tripod to record the live, you will be escorted off the venue immediately.

8. Please note that you cannot bring a gift to the artists. (If you try to bring a gift to the artists, it will be immediately returned to you at the site.

※ The winners will be required to show the winner’s QR code when verifying their identity. You can check the QR code by going to the TREASURE Weverse community > My Events page. A screenshot of the QR code will not be accepted for admission. Please be ready to run the Weverse app.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.
