We have discovered a manufacturing error in the Constellar Korea’s Do You Know Me? - BTS Edition that was sold from May 11.

We deeply apologize for the confusion we have caused to those of you who have purchased this product. We have confirmed the following rectification with the manufacturer, Constellar Korea.

- Before the rectification: 3 of SUGA / 1 of j-hope of the [NO] Answer card

- After the rectification: 2 of SUGA / 2 of j-hope of the [NO] Answer card

This only applies to the portrait of one [NO] answer card, and the answer on the back of the portrait remains unchanged.

If you would like to receive the rectified answer card, please apply for an additional shipment following the instructions below.

[Notice on Additional Shipment]

- Item to be shipped: 1 j-hope [NO] answer card

- Eligibility: Those whose orders were shipped from May 11 to June 3, 2022 and who applied for additional shipment

- Date of additional shipment: Delivered in order from July 4, 2022

- How to apply: Please contact Weverse Shop Customer Service during June 7, 2022 - Jun 20, 2022 and request to receive the rectified answer card.

This only pertains to orders that have already been shipped. If you made the order after June 3, 2022  the correct card will be included with your purchase, and you do not need to apply for additional shipment.
