※ The event is subject to change or cancellation due to the COVID-19 prevention measures issued by the South Korean government or circumstances at the event venue and location.

[Please Note (Admission process)]

1. The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s License, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean youth card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Resident Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Those who submit passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID (driver's license) will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the site.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

2. International raffle winners can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passports.

3. In the admission process, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.

4. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband or your order number ticket.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband and/or your order number ticket to re-enter the venue.

※ This event will be carried out in compliance with the South Korean government's social distancing guidelines. This event is subject to change and cancellation due to COVID-19 and other inevitable circumstances.

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. Please make your way with enough time to spare as ticket distribution may take a long time.

2. The winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, you will be denied admission to the event.

3. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

4. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

5. BIGHIT MUSIC may be filming the event at the site. Please note that the faces of the participants may be recorded and included in the video content.

6. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.

※ The winners will be required to show the winning QR code when verifying their identity. You can check the QR code by going to BTS Weverse community > My Events page. A screenshot of the QR code will not be accepted for admission. Please be ready to run the Weverse app.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Venue]

1. The raffle winners must not be confirmed case on the day of the event or must have been released from quarantine prior to the event to be allowed to participate.

2. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) inside and outside of the event venue.

3. Please wear your mask and do not consume food (other than water) inside the venue. Please remember to keep your masks on during the event. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

4. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result, you may be restricted from participating in the event.

5. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
