Please Note When Purchasing Weverse by Fans Products

- Due to the nature of customized products, an exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available.

- The products are made-to-order and can only be shipped with other by Fans products. (Other regular products cannot be shipped together with by Fans products.)

- For apparel products, you can purchase up to 3 for each option.

- For glass cup products, you can purchase up to 2.

- All custom products are manufactured individually. Please note that the production time may take longer than expected depending on the product you ordered.

- The products may sell out early.

- The by Fans products are automatically produced upon receiving customer orders. You can cancel your order or change your order details only when the status of your order is still "Ordered".

- Returns are not accepted if there are missing components due to consumer negligence.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.
