2023 Weverse Con Festival "Weverse by Fans Merch" Pickup Guide
Weverse by Fans merch will be available at the venue of 2023 Weverse Con Festival, which will be held at KSPO DOME, Olympic Park in Seoul, from Sat. June 10, 2023 to Sun. June 11, 2023.

Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pickup
Weverse Shop members can purchase the Weverse by Fans merch on Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the 2023 Weverse Con Festival venue.
What's "Weverse by Fans"?
Weverse by Fans is a service that allows you to customize your own merch using special photos, logos, and handwriting of your favorite artists, available only on Weverse Shop.

How to Buy on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site
① Go to Weverse Shop > Weverse Con Festival > by Fans to choose a product and then select "Design Merch"
② Create your own merch by editing the design on the edit screen. When you're done editing, check out the product.
③ When you're notified that the production is complete, check your QR code on [My - My Orders].
④ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup booth and receive your purchases.
* Production of customized products may take up to 2 hours. The production time differs by product.

□ Weverse by Fans merch refers to customized products that are designed by customers.
□ Editing options and available features differ by product. Please check the details before you start customizing.
□ Please refer to the guide before you start customizing.
□ For unauthorized use of the images provided for customization, such as screenshot capturing, distribution, selling, or piracy, you may be strictly held liable by relevant laws.
□ The color, size, and fabric may slightly differ depending on the manufacturing time, production season, and change of the supplying company.
□ The printed color may appear slightly different depending on the printing method or the fabric. The color also may appear different depending on the device’s monitor setting.
□ Due to the nature of the production method, there may be small dots, dust, or scratches on the surface. Please note that the print may deviate from the printing section within a 2-mm margin.
□ If the customized design features a linear layout close to the cutting area, the graphic may seem not level and part of it may be cut out.
□ Defective products resulting from negligence in following the guidelines are not eligible for re-production. Please make sure to read carefully the notices and the guidelines of each product on the product description page before ordering products.
Please Note (for purchasing)
□ You can purchase the products without having to watch a performance.
□ Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 3-km radius of the 2023 Weverse Con Festival venue and pick them up at the venue.
□ For products with options, you can buy up to 1 for each option.
□ For products without an option, you can buy up to 1.
□ Once you order a Weverse by Fans merch item, its production begins automatically. You can cancel or change your order details only until the status is displayed as “Ordered”.
□ All custom products are manufactured individually. Please note that the production time may take longer than expected depending on the product you ordered.
□ Please make your way to the pickup zone with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.
□ The products may sell out early.
□ Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.
□ Due to the nature of customized products, those not picked up during the on-site pickup period will not be granted a refund.
□ A return will not be accepted if part of the product is lost due to the customer’s negligence.
□ Due to the nature of customized products, an exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available.
□ If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.
□ When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.
□ The booth operation hours and the maximum number of purchases may change depending on the situation at the venue.
□ Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.
□ Please contact Weverse Shop Customer Service for additional questions about pickup.
* Payment Information
- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.
- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
