* Check-in and ticket distribution will close at 11:00 PM (KST).

* Your ticket will be distributed during the identity verification process. The seats will be randomly assigned.

* Winner verification numbers are given for the identity verification process, and they are not given on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check the time for your number and be ready for the winner's identity verification.

* If you do not make it on your time, you may be unable to check in depending on the site's circumstances.

* Your seating will not be affected by your winner verification number. Please do not form random waiting queues at the site.

* Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the staff's instructions for admission.

* During the event, you will have access to some of the park's attractions which you can enjoy even after the event ends, until Sun. November 19, 5:00 PM (KST).

* After the event, you are free to leave the venue at any time before November 19, 5:00 AM, which is the closing time for the attractions. Please note that once you leave the Lotte World Adventure park, you will not be admitted again.

* During the operation hour, 10 indoor attractions and some F&B vendors will be available.

- 1F (7 attractions) : The Adventures of Sinbad, The Conquistador, Flume Ride, Drunken Basket, Battlegrounds World Agent, Camelot Carousel, Kartrider Racing World

- 2F (2 attractions) : French Revolution, Bumper Car

- 4F (1 attraction) : Pharaoh's Fury

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

* In case you do not bring a valid photo ID, you will have until the end of the identity verification process to bring a valid photo ID for your identity verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must be issued by the head of a government office.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The event is available for those 14 years old or older. (Must be born on or before November 18, 2009) Minors under the age cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as ticket distribution may take a long time.

3. The raffle winning cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the raffle winning, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the concert starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food to the concert venue. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

※ The winners who won the raffle via Weverse platforms will be required to show the winner’s QR code when verifying their identity. You can check the QR code by going to ENHYPEN Weverse community > My Events page. A screenshot of the QR code will not be accepted for admission. Please be ready to run the Weverse app.

※ Your winning history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.
