We would like to thank everyone who entered the raffle for the artist autograph giveaway event which celebrates the release of ENHYPEN 2024 GGU GGU PACKAGE.

An email survey will be sent to the event winners to confirm your participation.

Please submit a shipping address via survey by Sun. March 10, 2024 (KST). Otherwise, the event prize will be sent to the address you entered when purchasing. The shipping begins on Wed. March 27, 2024.

[How to Check If You’ve Won]

Go to ENHYPEN Weverse -> More (···) button on the top right corner -> My Events page and check your result.

[Please Note]

- Canceling your order after the event winner announcement will result in exclusion from the raffle and you will not be able to receive the event prize.

- The autographed card may have minor smudges from the autographs.

- For raffle winners who purchased ENHYPEN 2024 GGU GGU PACKAGE on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, the event prize will be delivered to the shipping address you entered when placing the order that won the raffle.

- For raffle winners who purchased and picked up ENHYPEN 2024 GGU GGU PACKAGE at the venue of ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘FATE PLUS’ IN SEOUL, you MUST complete the survey and provide your delivery address to receive the event prize. Make sure your shipping address is correct and free of error.

- The event prize will be shipped to the delivery address you provided through the survey. Additional shipping of the event gifts will not be available if it does not reach you the first time due to your circumstances, such as incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you (last name / first name / address / contact information), a recipient not being available to accept the delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery.

- Committing illegal transfer or sale of the event gift to another person, or other fraudulent activities will result in restriction from participating in all ENHYPEN events in the future.

- The raffle winners will get 1 autograph from all members as their event prize.

- The event prize cannot be exchanged for other products.

- The event prizes are produced based on the number of event winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.

- The event prizes will be delivered via Pantos (entrusted by WEVERSE COMPANY).

- This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
