※ Only the Unit A offline fansign raffle winners can enter the venue.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

[Winner Special Gift Details🎁]

- All raffle winners will receive a random phone grip that features the official photos of participating members.

* The special gift will be provided with the autographed album at the venue.

* The special gift have been produced to match the number of winners and cannot be exchanged.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The seats will be randomly drawn by you after you have completed the ID verification. Admission will be unavailable after the event starts so please arrive at the venue on time.

2. If you're found duplicating, selling, or transferring the number ticket with your seat number, you will be prohibited from participating in all SEVENTEEN events in the future.

3. Please note that the artists will sign on SEVENTEEN 11th Mini Album [SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN]. You may select a page you want to get signed within the album. Please note, however, that you can select from individual member pages. (* On the day of the event, please pick up the album and index markers at the venue and use the markers to mark the page you want to get signed. You may bring your own index markers.)

4. The album on which you will receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all the autographs. (* Only the albums that were prepared for you at the venue will be autographed. No other albums are allowed.)

5. The name you entered into the raffle OR a nickname will be signed by the artist and signed only on the album. You cannot use both the name you entered into the raffle and your nickname. If you want to use your nickname, you must use the same nickname for all members. If the nickname is deemed inappropriate, the staff may intervene and require you to change it.

6. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album and the special gift (phone grip) will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name / first name / address / contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances. The special gifts have been produced to match the number of winners and exchanges will not be available unless the special gift is defective.

7. If you have written letters for the artists, they will be collected in a box before entering the venue. Any other gifts, including food, will not be accepted.

8. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared. The staff will hand the artists your props, and the props will be returned to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice.

9. You are allowed to take photos or film videos inside the venue as long as you are in your seat. You are not allowed to take photos or film videos while you are waiting for your autograph. You are not allowed to ask the artist to strike a specific pose, or take a selfie, or take instant photos like Polaroids. If you are found committing the violations above, your data (camera memory cards, recorded files, etc.) may be confiscated and deleted, and you may be escorted off the premises immediately.

10. If you change your seat, or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

11. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

12. The albums you ordered during the event period, excluding the one album necessary for the fansign autographs, will be delivered to the address you submitted with your order after the event ends. The autographed album will be given to you at the venue after the fansign ends.

13. Please note that the start time of the fansign is subject to change due to various circumstances.
