How To Enter the Fansign Raffle

You can enter the raffle on the fansign event page by entering the required information (date of birth and more) after purchasing SEVENTEEN 8th Mini Album Your Choice on WeverseShop GLOBAL during the raffle period. To participate, you must enter the raffle on Weverse App with the same account you used to purchase the album on WeverseShop.

1. The number of raffle entries will automatically equal the number of albums ordered on WeverseShop GLOBAL, not the number of orders.

2. You can enter the raffle after entering the required information as indicated on the fansign event page.

- Name (The name of the participant)

- Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format)

- Phone Number

3. For album sets, the number of raffle entries will equal the total number of albums included in the sets.

※ This event is subject to change due to COVID-19 and may carried out as a video call fansign. If any change should occur, we will make an announcement through SEVENTEEN staff twitter account. 

1. To participate, you must enter the raffle on Weverse App with the same account you used to purchase the album on WeverseShop. If you do not have a Weverse account yet, please sign up for Weverse and join SEVENTEEN Weverse with the same account as your WeverseShop account used to purchase the albums.

2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on SEVENTEEN Weverse, in which you are logged in with the WeverseShop account used to purchase the album.

3. Only the customers who purchased SEVENTEEN 8th Mini Album Your Choice on WeverseShop GLOBAL during the raffle period are eligible for the entry.

4. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.

5. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle. 

6. If you enter and do not win the raffle, the purchased albums cannot be accepted for returns.

7. The raffle winners and their information will be based on the information such as name, date of birth, and email when entering the raffle, not the information of the person who placed the order.

8. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle by entering the name under their passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)

9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and WeverseShop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to HYBE Co., ltd, and PLEDIS Entertainment. (The information will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended.)

10. Albums purchased or the orders with the albums made during the raffle will be delivered after the raffle ends. Raffle winners’ albums that will be signed during the event will be handed out in person on the venue.

11. The winning raffle cannot be sold or transferred to another person, and if you are found doing so, you will be denied entry to the event. If your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match, you will also be restricted from the event.

12. One of the albums purchased will be signed by the members and it will be handed out to you in person after the event ends. By entering the raffle, it is deemed that you agreed unpacking the album to get a sign from members.

13. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to the COVID-19 prevention measures issued by the South Korean government or circumstances at the event venue.ation.

[ COVID-19 Prevention At The Venue ] 

1. For the safety of the artists, you will go through the COVID-19 screening by the staff and will be restricted from entering the venue on the day of fansign if...

- you have contacted one or more people with COVID-19 OR someone who contacted one or more people with COVID-19.

- you show symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, and other respiratory/pulmonary diseases.

- you have been to places where one or more people with COVID-19 visited in the last 14 days.

- you have visited another country in the last 14 days from the date of the fansign. 

- you did not finish your 14-day quarantine after entering South Korea from overseas. 

2. Before entering the venue, you must complete the medical checkup form and your temperature will be measured. If your temperature is above 37.5°C or you show symptoms of cough, sore throat, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you cannot enter the venue and will be restricted from the fansign.

3. On the day of the fansign, you must check in with the QR code entry log and complete the medical checkup form for COVID-19 prevention. Please make sure that you complete the form truthfully as false information or intentional omission of information will result in penalties in accordance with the South Korean “INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT.” Furthermore, on the day of the fansign, all medical information must be up to date. To ensure that the event goes ahead smoothly, please complete the form before entering the venue. 

4. You must wear a mask at all times at the venue. Otherwise, you will be restricted from the venue.

5. If you are found not wearing a mask or having food or drinks, other than water, at the venue, you will be banned from the event. In such a case, you cannot cancel or refund your album purchase. Please make sure you wear a mask at all times during the event.

6. For the COVID-19 prevention, the seats during the fansign will be socially distanced, and a transparent partition will be placed between the artists and the fans. Please comply with COVID-19 prevention measures such as wearing a mask and washing hands frequently.

7. As a part of COVID-19 prevention measures advised by the municipal government, we restrict the following behaviors such as trying to start a conversation with the artists with a loud voice, shouting, chanting, and standing up. Please show your support for the artists with a big round of applause.

8. If you did not win the raffle, please do not visit the proximity around the fansign venue for the COVID-19 prevention.

9. Please note that not adhering to aforementioned guidelines can result in the delay of fansign and a personal penalty to the individual.

[ Please Note (If you won the raffle) ] 

1. Please have your valid ID ready to enter the fansign.

- South Korean citizen: Resident Card, Driver’s License, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), or Youth Card (Issued by the local community center)

- Non-South Korean citizen: Passport

    *Non-South Korean citizen’s identity is verified only with the English name written in the passport.

*Other IDs such as student’s registration cards are not accepted.

*All ID cards must be presented in physical form, and must not be expired.

2. Name, photo, and date of birth on the ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fansign if there is any mismatch with the raffle entry.

3. Only the winner can enter the venue, and you cannot transfer or sell the winning number. (If you are found to have engaged in such acts, you cannot enter the venue.)

4. You will be denied admission to all events with SEVENTEEN in the future if you are found to have engaged in fraudulent acts such as selling, copying, or transferring the winning number.

5. This fansign will be carried out with SEVENTEEN 8th Mini Album ‘Your Choice’ BESIDE Ver., and members will sign on the designated page of the album.

6. Albums that will be signed during the event will be prepared by the staff members, and will be handed out to fans after they are signed. (Albums other than those prepared by staff members, such as albums brought by fans, cannot be signed.)

7.Post-it notes will not be received during the fansign. You cannot ask the artist to do personal requests other than signing the album, such as drawing a picture or leaving a personal note.

8.Due to social distancing measures, food, flower wreaths, headband, character hats, and other goods cannot be given to the artists. Only ‘hand-written letters’ can be put into a box before you enter the venue.

9. While you can take pictures and videos on your seats of the fansign venue, we strictly forbid personal video or audio recording while the artists are signing your album. You cannot take selfies with artists posing, and instant pictures such as polaroid pictures are not allowed. If found, the memory files, recordings and pictures will be immediately deleted and confiscated, while you will be restricted from the venue.

10. The seats will be randomly assigned and announced along with the winners. Changing seats in any way will be strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the staff members may result in restriction from the fansign.

11. If you move away to a different seat and install cameras and tripods in different places, you will be restricted from the venue so please comply with the staff members.

12. Please refrain from taking actions that may hinder the smooth proceedings of the event, such as requesting the artist to engage in an act other than signing the album. If your behavior toward the artist or staff members is inappropriate, you may be restricted from the venue and you may be penalized to participate in the future SEVENTEEN events.
