- The digital membership card image is refreshed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the digital membership card image will remain unchanged.
- The renewal special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed. You can check the renewal special gift(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu (the person icon) → My Collection → respective community.
- The renewal special gift(s) will be provided after 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 3, 2024 (KST). The membership holders who renew their membership after this date will automatically receive their renewal special gift(s) immediately.

- Refunds can be issued within seven days of purchase on [My > My Orders]. However, refunds cannot be issued if any part of the Membership benefits have been claimed, such as:
