- The autographed Polaroids may have minor smudges from the autographs.

- The autographed Polaroids will be shipped to the winning order number's address.

- Additional shipping of the autographed Polaroids will not be available if it does not reach you the first time due to your circumstances, such as incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you (last name / first name / address / contact information), a recipient not being available to accept the delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery.

- Committing illegal transfer or sale of the autographed Polaroids to another person, or other fraudulent activities will result in restriction from participating in all [Billlie] events in the future.

- The event gift cannot be exchanged for a different product.

- The event gifts are produced based on the number of event winners, and therefore we are unable to exchange the gifts even if they have defects.

- If you are an event winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, you must send both the product and the gift if you are requesting a refund; if the gift is not sent, your refund will not be granted.
