Event 1. Win an autographed item

• Each pre-order customer buying one or more Artist-made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 Official Merch items will get one entry for the raffle to win 1 random autographed item. (12 winners)
• Raffle is drawn within Weverse and customers must use the same Weverse ID that was used to purchase Artist-made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 Official Merch items from Weverse Shop in order to enter the raffle.

There will be an Event Announcement followed up for more detail.

Event 2. Weverse Collection Badges

Buy Artist-made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season.1 Official Merch and get Weverse Collection badges. 

What's a Collection Badge?

• You can archive your fan activities and celebrate them by collecting badges in Collection.
• You can get badges by accomplishing various missions.

Collection Badge Details

• 1 S.COUPS badge + 1 digital photocard
• 1 JEONGHAN badge + 1 digital photocard
• 1 JOSHUA badge + 1 digital photocard
• 1 JUN badge + 1 digital photocard

Eligibility & Sending Date

•  Eligibility: Customers who purchased during the pre-order period.
• -Badge Sending Date: October 19, 2023 (PDT)

※ The Collection badge will be provided to customers who purchased during the eligible purchase period. The badge will be sent to their Weverse ID used to purchase the merch on the badge sending date. 

※ To check your Collection, go to SEVENTEEN Weverse > More (⋮) in the upper left corner > Manage my profile > Collection.

※ You can get up to one Collection badge per account, regardless of the number or the items you purchased. 

(For example, you will get one S.COUPS Weverse Collection Badge by purchasing two [S.COUPS] DOMINO GLASS SET and one [S.COUPS] B.A.R UMBRELLA.)

※ The orders may end earlier and the Collection badges may not be available after the products go out of stock.

※ You will not be provided with a Collection badge if you purchase a product and then cancel your order.

Purchase Details

• For products without options, you can buy up to 5 unless stated otherwise.
• For products with options, you can buy up to 5 for each option.
• For [S.COUPS] B.A.R UMBRELLA, you can buy up to 1 and can not be combined with other items for the delivery.
• For [JOSHUA] PULSE-PAUSE PERFUME DIY KIT, you can buy up to 2 and can not be combined with other items for the delivery.
• For [JEONGHAN] PLUFFY TORAM & BLANKET SET, you can buy up to 1.
• The cancellation of an order may be restricted depending on your order status.

Shipping Information

• We cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
• Only the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
• Tax and delivery surcharges may apply to certain areas.

※ DELAYED OR LOST SHIPPING can occur if you enter the WRONG ADDRESS. Please make sure the address is correct since it is impossible to ship the limited edition product again, as it can’t be manufactured additionally.
