We would like to provide you with some information regarding the Pearl Necklace, one of the LE SSERAFIM Official Merch.
This product was initially designed using freshwater pearls, and we placed an order with the manufacturer for production. However, we discovered that the manufacturer faultily used a different material (artificial pearls) for the final product.
We sincerely apologize to all customers who purchased this product for causing this inconvenience.
As such, we will proceed with a full refund for all purchased products. There will be no separate process for returning this product. If you made the purchase through Weverse Shop, you do not need to request a refund. However, if you made the purchase at an offline pop-up store, we kindly ask that you verify your purchase and refund information via email.
