We inform you about changing the date of ‘STAYC 1st FANMEETING [STAY COOL PARTY]’ scheduled to be held on Saturday, Aug 13th (Sat), 2022.

We would like to inform you that 'STAYC 1st FANMEETING [STAY COOL PARTY]' has been postponed to the following dates due to a series of COVID-19 confirmed cases among STAYC members.

- Main Concert Streaming Date: October 9, 2022 (Sun) at 18:00 (KST)

- Venue: Daeyang Hall, Sejong University

- Delayed Streaming Date: October 16, 2022 (Sun) at 11:00 (KST)

※ Purchased tickets will be applied to the changed date.

※ The currently stopped ticket sales will be available again from 14:00 (KST) on Sep 26th (Mon)

※ If you wish to receive a refund for your ticket due to a changing the fanmeeting date, please request a refund through the Weverse Shop App during the period below, and we will process a full refund without a cancellation fee.

-Cancellation/refund Application Period : Aug 11, 2022 (Thu) 9:00 ~ Oct 9, 2022 (Sun) 17:00 (KST)

- You can cancel orders with 'Ordered' status on 'My' page by following the steps below.

If you are having difficulty with canceling your orders, please contact Contact Us and we will help you as soon as possible.

- The cancellation, or refund of the ticket will be closed 1 hour before the start of the fanmaeeting. Once the closing is made, the refund is not possible regardless of whether you watched it or not.
