- TREASURE signed merch will be shipped in mid August. A detailed schedule will be announced later.

- The delivery date may differ depending on the destination.

- TREASURE signed merch will be delivered to the address linked to the order number that won the raffle.

- Committing illegal transfer or sale of the winning raffle to another person, or other fraudulent activities will result in restriction from participating in all TREASURE events in the future.

- If the TREASURE signed merch needs to be exchanged due to defect or flaw, it can be exchanged with general merch. (It cannot be exchanged with signed merch.)

- TREASURE signed merch is a prize for the event winners and cannot be returned.

- The event can be changed or canceled without notice.
